CAPEAFRICA and MEGAJOULE can offer an all-in, streamlined package, practical works for information gathering: supply, installation and maintenance of equipment – wind (and solar) measuring masts, instrumentation, remote sensing units, combined with desk-top requirements: measuring specifications, data management, reporting, and wind resource assessments.
MEGAJOULE is an independent renewable energy technical advisor and although they have been involved in South Africa since 2009, they are now making a serious investment in the lenders technical advisory field.

CAPEAFRICA provides site-engineering/technician services for installations, operations and maintenance of wind and (and solar) farms, in conjunction with international partners.
Through established local civil engineering partners they undertake wind farm (and solar farm) civil works construction.
Here we co-operate with local contractors (for general works, e.g. civils) and specialist international contractors (for specialist works e.g. electromechanical assembly – turbines).
Their local construction partner is presently undertaking earthworks/civils on a bid round 1 project, for the same project they are quoting on medium voltage cabling, and in co-operation with an international specialist partner, on electro-mechanical assembly of the wind turbines.
