These are the six applicants that submitted bids and all six have been approved by the World Bank as prequalified bidders:

2. Alstom Power Systems SA, Alstom Power Services (Pty) Ltd, Brightsource Energy Inc & Aries Ingeniera y Sistemas SA
3. Cobra Instalciones y Servicious SA
4. Elecnor SA, Idom SA, Samsung C&T Corporation
5. Sener Ingeneria y Sistemas SA
6. Abener Energia SA
