Nizam Energy and Powerway have signed a cooperation agreement with a long-term perspective to jointly develop the photovoltaic market of over 1 GW in Pakistan and the Middle East .

It has grown to become the leading player of the Photovoltaic Solar Industry in Pakistan with a nationwide network of offices with reliable after sales service. Our Commitment to quality and reliability has made us the leading player in the region for Solar for different applications. ”
Powerway : Powerway is a professional solar farm builder with a certificate presence in Japan, South Africa, South East Asia and Middle East. It’s committed to providing reliable and cost effective solutions and a full range of construction services to the global PV power plant market. Powerway’s core business includes electrical design, structural design, and product supply, services of construction, installation, operation and maintenance. To date, Powerway have provided more than 1.2GW of solar power products and construction services in over 21 countries.
It is believed the constructive cooperation between Nizam Energy and Powerway will facilitate one-stop solution for solar PV projects in Pakistan and the Middle East region .
With the strategic partnership agreement signed, both parties agree:
1. to set up two JVs , JV-Pakistan is a company focusing on engineering and construction contract, while JV-Dubai will handle procurement and sourcing service, and project financing.
2 .Both parties will work together to design and promote a commercial package solution to Independent Power Producer (IPP) and solar farm developers in Pakistan and Middle East market.
3. Powerway China will help to transplant OA (Office Administration system) and ERP system to JV-Pakistan so that in future, both parties can have instant access to the operation system.
