INVITATION TO REGISTER AS A SUPPLIER ON THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY SUPPLIERS DATABASE
The aim of the Department of Science and Technology (DST) is to realise the full potential of Science and Technology (S&T) in social and economic development of human resources (HR), research and innovation.
The DST therefore invite interested prospective service providers in the field of Construction, Services general, Wholesalers/Traders, professional services such as Research and Development Innovation, Space Science, Biotechnology, Hydrogen and Energy, Climate change and Biodiversity, Nanotechnology, Indigenous Knowledge System (IKS), Science Platforms (Astronomy, Antarctica, African Origins, and Marine Bioscience) and Human Capital to register as prospective providers on DST Supplier Database.
Prospective suppliers are requested to submit the following with the completed forms:
- Completed DST Supplier Database
- Copy of Business Profile
- An original valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Certified copies of Identity Document of members/shareholders
- Certified copy of the Company Registration Certificate (CK/CM agreement).
- Proof of ownership/Shareholding Certificate
- Verification letter of Bank (completed by the bank)/Bank stamped
- Copy of a cancelled cheque
- BEE certificate
- Standard Bidding Document (SBD) 4
Potential service providers are requested to fill in only five (5) commodities per registration.
Completed forms must be delivered or posted to the above address on or before 30 April 2013 for attention to:
