The Department of Trade and Industry (the dti) in collaboration with provincial stakeholders has structured a process of developing potential South African exporters with prospective products and services to serve the international market adequately as part of the National Exporter Development Programme.
The process started with export awareness and is now followed with a five day Introduction to Exporting training covering basic export skills, International trading environment, incoterms principles, and fundamentals of foreign market research and the concept of export cultural barriers.
