The Green Innovation Forum Southern Africa (GIFSA), operating through Cullinan & Associates Inc, promotes the emergence of ecologically sustainable communities by enabling people and organisations who share this vision to meet one another, to share ideas and to collaborate in implementing them. Our focus is on linking entrepreneurs, innovators and investors in Southern Africa whilst, as the Southern African hub of the Commonwealth Environmental Investment Platform (CEIP,) we also enable our members to gain access to investors and opportunities in other Commonwealth countries.
GIFSA was founded in 2012 as the Southern African hub of the CEIP network. The establishment of GIFSA was initiated by Cullinan & Associates Inc, a specialist environmental and green business law firm and Enact International, a consultancy specialising in environmental governance. The hub is currently operated Cullinan & Associates.
Participation in CEIP enables GIFSA to share in global environmental expertise and opportunities for trade and investment in this fast growing and vital sector.
As well as GIFSA, CEIP currently has member hubs in the United Kingdom (London and Wales), Ghana and Nigeria and the network continues to expand rapidly.
