Itron’s solution consists of 2,000 gas meters and a full online prepayment vending and management system that allows consumers to pay for gas online via credit card. This solution gives residents of Waterfall Country Estate convenient access to gas with prepayment meters. With increased availability and simple access, residents are better equipped to effectively manage their gas consumption. As a part of the project, Itron was responsible for solution installation and training and will provide on-going prepaid vending services in its managed services environment.
